How do I download a full race meeting from either Walthamstow or Romford? Simply click on the 'shop' button (left-hand column); Click on either Walthamstow or Romford (in purple) to choose the track you require; Scroll up and down to view the list of full meetings available; Click on the 'purchase' button for the meeting you wish to download. You will be taken to the 'shopping cart' page. On this page you will see a list of the meetings you have chosen to purchase. If you are happy that you are about to purchase the correct meeting click on the 'checkout now' button; You will be asked for your name, address, email and telephone number. This is for our own records in order to be able to contact you should there be any problems. Also, the email address that you enter will be where we send the receipt. click on the 'next' button. You will then be asked how you found our site and your reason for buying. This information is also for our records. Click the 'next' button. You will be redirected to the secure SECpay payment website. Enter your payment card details and make the payment to SECpay by clicking on the 'authorise' button. You will then be taken to a confirmation of payment page, click on 'view my receipt'. The receipt page confirms your payment details, gives you a order number for your transaction. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the 'description box'. In the description box (in purple) will be written 'click here to download'. Simply click on it to download the video. In the pop-up window click 'save' and choose where on your computer you want to save the video to. The video will start to download automatically. You will receive an email from us to confirm your payment. When will meetings be available? The video files will generally be available for download the day after the meeting takes place. It takes approximately forty minutes for us to upload a full meeting. During the upload you will be able to see the date and a note next to it explaining that we are uploading. Please do not attempt to download while this process is taking place. We understand that some of our customers may have previously been able to download video for free from other websites and possibly expect us to offer the same. If this is the case please appreciate that these websites have been able to record our video from television broadcasts and uploaded the video without incurring the expense of cameras, operators, different format recorders, travel, etc. We have not received any payment from other websites.
